Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of speaking to communities across many traditions—religious, interfaith, spiritual-but-not-religious, and everything in between. What I offer is less about doctrine and more about deepening the experience of being alive, awake, and connected to the Divine.
In my talks, I draw on my life as a parish priest, clinical psychologist, and contemplative practitioner. I speak from a place of lived experience—where science, soul, and spirit meet. Whether I'm guiding people into the silence of contemplative prayer or sharing insights from decades of spiritual exploration, my aim is always the same: to open hearts, expand awareness, and create a sense of belonging in the Mystery.
